Success in all industries at the end of the day goes back to the shopper, whether that be at First, Second or Third moment of truth. Whether that is traditional FMCG, finance or tech. We have seen organisations hide behind the shopper or not really walk the talk. We will walk the talk when it comes to shopper and that will start from our first engagement.
Strategy
Sometimes it can be tough to be self reflective, to change something that you have been doing for years. At JAGSS we are not afraid to go where you don't want to and we will ask the questions you are scared to ask but that doesn't mean we won't listen, that doesn't mean we won't understand.
